kevin ramirez has said he will take legal action saying he has left the matter in the hand of the lawyers.
Rita ora told the Metro: “I’m not speaking for anybody, but knowing him and his incredible background, I know how it feels to be uncomfortable and scared.
“I feel like anyone who had a hand in their face is going to protect themselves.”
Calling the star’s actions “unnecessary”, he added: “They will deal with it. I can’t give out any more information at the moment.”
The move makes it almost certain the Spanish teenager will now press charges against Bieber, although he steered clear of committing himself to suing Justin.
Police have described the incident as a “misdemeanour” rather than a crime but said Kevin is free to lodge a formal complaint against the singer at a local court or through them.
