Hatem ben arfa  has claimed that “there are 18 very interesting clubs” that want to sign him this summer.

Barcelona have also been strongly linked with a move for the 15-time France international.

The former Newcastle United attacker has revealed that he will choose between ‘three interested clubs’, one of which is Lyon, where the 29-year-old started his professional career in 2004.

“There are 18 very interesting clubs who have put themselves forward. I have picked out three,” Ben Arfa told Canal Plus.

“There are plenty of offers, like the one from Lyon. They are a very ambitious club with a very ambitious president (Jean-Michel Aulas). Any club with ambition is very interesting, It’s a very important decision for me to take this year. I will reflect and discuss it with my entourage.”
